You are welcome to return any physical item for any reason within 5 days of receipt of the item with return authorization (RA). Please contact us for an RA#.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The refund will be processed to your orignal payment method.

Include the RA# and your order number.
We do not process returns without prior authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any additional costs of the original shipping may be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not have any other way to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
