Sales Tax Exempt Purchasing
This wholesale site is for buyers who have a valid resale certificate. Everyone is welcome to purhase in our Etsy shop.
- Applicable only to this web site.
- All buyers are welcome to purchase in our retail Etsy shop. You do not have to be a wholesale buyer. The Etsy shop is also for any customer outside of the US.
- Approved tax exemption applies only on this site and is not applicable to purchases in the Etsy shop.
Registration is easy!
If you have a valid resale certificate in your state and are purchasing for resale, or using your purchases to create items for sale, please register for an account.
Setting up an account takes only one step on your part - we'll do the rest!

Send your resale certificate as an attachment to pam@jewelrytoolbox.com. Please do not send just a number or a link to your state's revenue site.

Approval is processed once your cert is received. Please allow us one day to approve your account. When that is done you will receive confirmation back to the email from which you wrote.

Purchase. You are then approved and welcome to make tax exempt purchases for the period of validity of your resale certificate.
P.S. Orders within the state of Florida are automatically approved to purchase but are charged sales tax. Floridians are welcome to submit a resale certificate for tax exempt purchases as well.
